Membership and Participation
- By joining the club, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Members must comply with all club rules, regulations, and codes of conduct
- Participation in club activities is at the member’s own risk. The club is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during training or matches
Fees and Payments
- Members must pay all required fees by the specified due dates.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the club.
- The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for non-payment of fees.
Conduct and Discipline
- Members must behave in a manner that does not bring the club into disrepute
- The club reserves the right to impose penalties or terminate membership for breaches of conduct
- Members must comply with all relevant governing body regulations, including those of the Football Federation of Australia and Football NSW
Training and Matches
- Members must wear appropriate club-approved attire during matches.
- Members must adhere to the ESFA Competition rules & regulations.
Health and Safety
- Members must disclose any relevant medical conditions to the club.
- The club recommends that all members maintain appropriate health insurance coverage
- Members must not participate in club activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Club Property and Facilities
- Members must respect and properly use all club property and facilities.
- Any damage to club property may result in the member being held financially responsible.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The club will collect and use personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Members consent to the club using their image in promotional materials unless otherwise stated in writing.
Termination of Membership
- The club reserves the right to terminate membership for serious breaches of these terms and conditions.
- Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to the club.
